PRGX is seeking a Jr Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will assist in preparing client reports, performing data analytics, and developing KPI dashboards to support business decisions.

You will validate data, interpret results, and communicate insights to Sales, Operations, and Client Services. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, interpret, and summarize data to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and KPI dashboards.
• Create trend analysis and benchmarking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support Sales, Operations, and Client Services with research and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
