AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. This role focuses on API integrations, data synchronization, and case lifecycle support.

You will participate in production troubleshooting, incident support, and on‑call rotation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain reliable integrations and service health.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer
• Experience with Java and MuleSoft
• Experience with production troubleshooting and incident support

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer for Salesforce Service Cloud
• Contribute to integration efforts across internal daemons and MuleSoft capabilities
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud and align with case workflows
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures
• Participate in Developer First Responder rotation and Ops Review
• Triage alerts and monitor MuleSoft/Java service health
• Document findings in Confluence and keep tickets updated
