AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage message routing, and data sync for case creation and orchestration.

Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role. You will collaborate across teams to resolve issues, monitor health KPIs, and ensure reliability of the integration stack.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer (must-have).
• Experience with Java and MuleSoft.
• Mid-level software engineering experience with enterprise integration/middleware.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer between Salesforce Service Cloud and upstream/downstream systems.
• Contribute to engineering efforts across daemons and MuleSoft capabilities with a focus on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud and collaborate with internal teams on integration issues affecting Cases/workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in rotation and Ops Review processes as a core responsibility.
• Triage alerts related to integration health and monitor platform KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Document findings in Confluence and keep sprint data current.
