AgileEngine, a leading software firm, seeks a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer. You will connect Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems, build API integrations, and manage data synchronization that powers case lifecycles.
You will troubleshoot production issues, support incidents, and participate in on-call rotations, collaborating across teams to ensure reliable, scalable integrations and smooth case workflows.
Formación
- 3-5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java and MuleSoft.
- Enterprise integration and middleware exposure.
- Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve API/integration failures.
- Familiarity with production monitoring and alert triage.
Responsabilidades
- Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer for Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems.
- Build and maintain API integrations, message routing, and data synchronization.
- Provide production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on integration issues.
- Triage alerts and monitor health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
- Document findings and maintain sprint visibility in project tools.
