AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer linking Salesforce Service Cloud with upstream and downstream systems. You will build, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations that power case creation and orchestration, with production troubleshooting and on-call rotation as part of the role.

Formación
- 3-5 years of experience as a software developer
- Experience with Java
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Enterprise integration/middleware experience
- Production troubleshooting and incident support experience
- Experience building and maintaining integrations
- Experience diagnosing and resolving API/integration failures
- Experience with production monitoring, alert triage, and platform health
Responsabilidades
- Own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer for Salesforce Service Cloud Case lifecycle.
- Contribute to internal daemons and MuleSoft capabilities focused on the integration layer.
- Support stakeholders in Service Cloud and resolve integration issues affecting Cases.
- Diagnose API/integration failures and restore downstream processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response processes.
- Triage alerts and monitor MuleSoft/Java service health.
- Maintain sprint data and keep status transparent via tickets and Slack.
- Follow DevOps processes and deliver work on schedule.
