AgileEngine is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to own the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. You will build and maintain API integrations, manage message routing, and ensure data synchronization for Case creation and orchestration.

• 3-5 years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience with Java and MuleSoft.
• Mid-level software engineering experience required.
• Enterprise integration/middleware experience.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
• Experience building and maintaining integrations.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving API/integration failures.
• Experience with production monitoring and alert triage.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Java/MuleSoft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems.
• Contribute to engineering efforts across daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, focusing on the integration layer.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration issues affecting Cases/workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR rotation and Ops Review process as a core responsibility.
• Triage critical alerts related to integration/API health and monitor platform health KPIs for MuleSoft/Java services.
• Handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data current and maintain transparency on work status via tickets, standups, and Slack.
