Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, fluent English (B2/C1), and proven ability to troubleshoot and read technical manuals. Knowledge of cloud software and Salesforce is a plus.

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm

What you'll need:

• 3+ year’s experience
• Fluent in English - B2/C1 level
• Proficiency in Macintosh OS and Apple Hardware, troubleshooting, and customer service.
• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Pro, SalesForce, Microsoft Office
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals.
• Serving multi employee locations.
• Familiar with general cloud software
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
