Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá is seeking an IT Recruiting Team Lead to guide recruiters supporting the U.S. market. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while coordinating with stakeholders.

You will own ATS processes (Bullhorn), track KPIs, train recruiters, and ensure data-driven decisions. Fluency in English (C1) is required; this is an on-site role in Bogotá.

Formación

• 3+ years IT staffing/recruiting experience, preferably for the U.S. market.
• Leadership/senior-level experience in recruiting.
• Hands-on ATS experience in staffing/recruiting; Bullhorn preferred.
• Strong understanding of ATS workflows, candidate management, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. IT staffing lifecycle.
• Experience managing recruiting KPIs and using data to drive performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, accountability, and organizational skills.
• C1 English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to forecast demand.

We're looking for an IT Recruiting Team Lead to join our team and lead, coach, and develop recruiters supporting the U.S. market.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of IT staffing/recruiting experience, preferably supporting the U.S. market
• Previous experience in a recruiting leadership, management, or senior-level role
• Hands-on experience with an ATS in a staffing/recruiting environment (Bullhorn preferred)
• Strong understanding of ATS workflows, candidate management, reporting, and performance tracking
• Experience training, coaching, and developing recruiters
