BIP in Bogotá is seeking an IT Recruiter to identify exceptional technology talent, partner closely with the business, and help build the teams behind high-impact projects.

From day one you'll manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end — sourcing candidates, interviewing, presenting talent, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

You'll design sourcing strategies, build and maintain pipelines of specialized IT talent, and work with HR and hiring managers across areas and levels of seniority.

Formación

• 2–3 years of recruitment and selection experience.
• Background in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience recruiting Technology / IT profiles.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and other positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Design sourcing strategies and actively identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized IT talent.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing experience, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the selection process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals.
• Keep recruitment processes and candidate information updated in internal tools.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives when needed.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

We're a global consulting firm with a local team — and we're looking for an IT Recruiter in Bogotá who's ready to identify exceptional technology talent, partner closely with the business, and help build the teams behind high-impact projects.

From day one, you'll be managing real recruitment processes, connecting with specialized IT talent, and working closely with hiring managers across different areas and levels of seniority.

What You'll Do

You'll manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end — from understanding the profile and sourcing candidates to interviewing, presenting talent, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

More specifically:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and other positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
• Design sourcing strategies and actively identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Build and maintain pipelines of specialized IT talent
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing experience, motivation, and fit

• Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection
• Background in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience recruiting Technology / IT profiles
• Previous experience in consulting firms, headhunters, or specialized recruiting companies is a plus
• Advanced English
