Cuesta Partners is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition across multiple hiring initiatives. You’ll identify and engage candidates, support pipeline development, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

This entry-level to early-career role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and opportunities to grow in recruitment and people operations.

Formación

• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support sourcing by identifying and engaging candidates.
• Review applications and assess alignment with role requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and logistics.
• Maintain timely candidate communication throughout the process.
• Track progress and update in the ATS.
• Collaborate with People Team to maintain weekly pipelines and timelines.
• Support job postings and ensure clear presentation to attract talent.
• Assist with recruitment operations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with employer brand initiatives when needed.

Position Summary

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help identify and engage candidates, support pipeline development, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. What We're Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency required.


• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support roles


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment


• Comfortable working with systems and digital tools (ATS or similar platforms is a plus)


• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn


• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.


• You must be located in Bogotá, Medellín or Cali.
