Auxis is seeking a Technology Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract in Barranquilla or Bogotá, Colombia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles in a fast-paced multinational environment.

The role requires hands-on IT recruitment, strong sourcing, and collaboration with hiring managers and HR. The hybrid model includes 2 days on-site per week, and English proficiency at B2+ is mandatory.

Formación

• 2+ years of technology/IT recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to recruit technical and IT profiles.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools and ATS.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and attract technology candidates across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Data.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS, and other tools.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting recruitment SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives during the contract period.

We are looking for a Technology Recruiting Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting IT and technology profiles, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Source and attract technology candidates across areas such as IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Technical Support, Data, and other technology functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage multiple technology requisitions simultaneously while meeting recruitment SLAs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, recruiting activity, and documentation in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed during the contract period.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology/IT recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting technical and IT profiles is required.
• Experience working in a multinational company is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) – mandatory.

Work Setup

• Location: Barranquilla or Bogotá, Colombia
• Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
• Contract: 6-month temporary contract
