INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment in Colombia and potentially across LatAm as the company grows. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and managing pre-hire activities to ensure high-quality hires.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, drive sourcing strategies, and improve recruitment metrics to attract top talent in a competitive market.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Colombia labor market and recruitment channels.
• Willingness to progress and develop a career with the company.
• Active sourcing and recruitment channel optimization.

Responsabilidades

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team!

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia, however considering our growth plans in LatAm market, there's potential for your involvement in other regions in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry-level roles as well as desk-based positions
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
• Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
• Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia
