ZEISS Group in Bogotá, Colombia (Fontibón – On-site) seeks a Technical Operations & Order Management Specialist to provide operational and technical support, ensure accurate order processing, monitor workflows, and coordinate IT tickets to keep the platform stable.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in Technical Operations or Order Management, a related degree, advanced Excel, and experience with Order Management Systems, workflow platforms, and IT ticketing systems.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Order Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Workflow Platforms and IT Ticketing Systems.
• Experience with SLA Monitoring and KPI Analysis.
• Process improvement mindset and proactive approach.
