Job summary

IntouchCX in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an IT Generalist to maintain and repair hardware/software in a break/fix environment. You will install/test workstations, diagnose issues, and ensure all IT assets stay organized and compliant.

You will work to keep peripherals functional, troubleshoot business applications, and provide broad IT support across the department in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred.
• Experience with ChromeOS devices is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and test workstations (break/fix) and diagnose hardware/software problems.
• Ensure workstations are functional and peripherals are operational.
• Troubleshoot program issues (Logical Agent/LivePerson) and report findings.
• Maintain IT assets, manage standards, and keep department organized.
• Provide general IT support and coordinate projects with stakeholders.
• Communicate updates to internal/external clients and ensure compliance.
• Support the entire IT department as needed.
