Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior IT Generalist in Bogotá to administer regional technology activities and maintain hardware/software in a break/fix setting. You will coordinate resources with IT and other departments, work with clients and stakeholders, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

The role requires adaptability, strong problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and timelines with IT and non-IT stakeholders to complete projects.
• Collaborate with clients, team members and other stakeholders to achieve results.
• Interpret, test and validate technical issues; escalate when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a break/fix environment.
• Maintain and manage IT assets and documentation; ensure IT standards are followed.
