Sii Group Colombia, a French multinational, is seeking an IT Business Manager to drive business development in technology consulting and staff augmentation. You will lead the full commercial cycle, build strategic client relationships, and design technical-commercial proposals with a focus on profitability.

You will collaborate with recruitment to ensure delivery timelines and SLA compliance, while growing key accounts and developing new ones in a highly technical consultative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting firms, technology staffing, or software factory environments.
• Proven experience selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and ecosystems (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cloud, Architecture, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Lead business development strategies focused on technology consulting services.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Drive the sale and closure of technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming).
• Build technical-commercial proposals aligned with technology profiles (QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture, etc.).
• Manage margins, profitability, and commercial forecasting.
