Ideal candidates understand IT ecosystems and can build technical-commercial proposals aligned with client needs, while collaborating with recruitment to ensure timely delivery and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting firms, technology staffing, or software factory environments.
• Proven experience selling and closing technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and ecosystems (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, SAP, Cloud, Architecture, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in hunting and farming within the IT sector
• Experience negotiating margins and commercial billing structures

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategies focused on technology consulting services.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Drive the sale and closure of technology consulting services and IT talent solutions.
• Develop new accounts (hunting) and grow existing ones (farming).
• Build technical-commercial proposals aligned with technology profiles (QA, DevOps, Data, Backend, SAP, Architecture, etc.)
• Manage margins, profitability, and commercial forecasting.
• Work strategically with the recruitment team to ensure delivery timelines, SLA compliance, and business sustainability
