Confidential Careers is seeking an IT Manager to lead the IT function in Colombia, ensuring operational stability while driving technology transformation aligned with business needs. You will oversee infrastructure, applications, networks, service desk, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

Responsibilities include vendor management, project delivery, and acting as the main business partner for technology solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations and technology/project management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in corporate or multinational environments.
• Experience with ERP/CRM environments and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, networks, service desk, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
• Ensure service availability, performance, SLA compliance, and business continuity.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IT team, setting priorities and balancing operational and project requirements.
• Manage technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
