adidas is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate inbound and returns processes at the Funza fulfilment center. You will ensure timely visibility to the 3PL, manage RA through SAP, and post activities in SAP and WMS while driving efficiency in the logistics flow.

The role requires 4+ years in Logistics/SCM, SAP/WMS experience, and an intermediate English level, with a focus on process improvement and adherence to global policies.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
• SCM or Logistics specialization course.
• SAP and/or WMS experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics/SCM.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfilment center and provide visibility for the 3PL planning and resources.
• Coordinate the Returns process ensuring RA in SAP is received, processed in WMS, and posted in SAP.
• Monitor Returns per channel productivity and explore refurbishing options to improve A-grade availability.
• Ensure compliance with global returns policies by training and supervising 3PL personnel.
• Register and report the status of returns and claims on DocuSign, Salesforce, and adiComp platforms.
• Follow up replenishment productivity and identify opportunities to improve processes and resource optimization.
• Support 3PL in system and process improvement projects to meet targets and deadlines.
• Validate inbound services and approve 3PL invoices including provisions.
