adidas seeks a senior leader to head Distributed Commerce (DC) operations, overseeing inbound, inventory control and outbound processes to deliver exceptional service and efficient product flow.

You will drive DC strategy, manage 3PL partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Service and Fulfillment to meet KPIs while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment in Colombia.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering or Business; 7+ years in supply chain.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound, inventory control and outbound processes to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
• Drive DC strategy implementation and key initiatives with 3PL partners.
• Plan resources with Customer Service and Order Fulfillment to optimise service and cost.
• Oversee accuracy of DC operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, returns and inventory control.
• Manage DC budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis to achieve KPI targets.
• Develop DC capability for service models and scalable capacity.
• Foster continuous improvement culture across the DC and share best practices.
