FashionUnited Group in Colombia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound flows at the Funza fulfilment centre, aligning with 3PLs and SAP/WMS processes.

The role focuses on coordinating receiving, returns, and replenishment, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and KPI adherence across the SCM network.

Minimum 4 years in Logistics/SCM with Industrial Engineering background and SAP/WMS experience required; Colombia-based candidates preferred.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent required.

• Minimum 4 years of Logistics/SCM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfilment centre and plan resources.
• Coordinate the returns process, ensuring RA in SAP is received and posted in SAP/WMS.
• Monitor returns per channel productivity and identify flow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with global returns policies; train/show supervision to 3PL teams.
• Register and report status of returns and claims on relevant platforms.
• Support replenishment productivity and system/process improvements with 3PL.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Coordinate and follow up with the 3PL (third party logistic) the timely and efficient availability of all the products that arrives at the fulfilment centre from imports or customer returns (internal and external), ensuring compliance with the KPIs (key performance indicators) and service levels agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Location: Funza

• Coordinate the receiving process at the fulfilment centre, actively participating in preparing the visibility for the 3PL (third party logistic), planning and control of the resources ensuring information needed can be available in a correct and timely manner.
• Coordinate the Returns process ensuring the interface reliability, RA (Returns Authorization) created in SAP are received and processed in WMS (warehouse management system) and correctly posted in SAP looking for the best option to take advantage of our products.
• Monitor the Returns per channel productivity and look for initiatives that improve the flow of the goods in the process including the analysis of refurbishing to increase the A-grade availability.
• Ensure compliance with the returns global policies (classification and registration of quality defects) by training and supervising the operational personnel of the 3PL (third party logistic) and all required teams.
• Register and report the status of returns and claims on the different platforms (DocuSign, Sales Force, adiComp)
• Follow up the replenishment productivity looking for opportunities to improve the processes and the resource optimization.
• Support 3PL (third party logistic) in system & process improvement projects, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
• Be in charge of the validation of the different services related to the inbound processes in order to give approval to the 3PL (third party logistic) invoices (including provisions).
