adidas Group in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior DC Operations Leader to oversee inbound, inventory control, and outbound processes. You will drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction across the DC and 3PL teams, aligning with sales, service, and cost targets.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, managing budgets, and building capabilities for current and future service models while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to adidas values.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive work in Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DC operations strategy across inbound, inventory, and outbound to meet KPIs and cost targets.
• Oversee DC/3PL teams, driving safety, productivity and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales channels to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency across the supply chain.
• Plan resources with Customer Service and Fulfillment to deliver service improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure accuracy of DC processes: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, returns, and inventory control.
• Manage DC budget, forecast, and cost-benefit analysis to achieve KPIs like labor costs and throughput.
• Build DC capability for current and future service models and capacity constraints.
• Foster continuous improvement culture and drive operational excellence across the DC.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Lead the DC operations managing multiple areas of the inbound, inventory control and outbound processes to deliver breakthrough results achieving company goals. This includes exceptional service and outstanding operational efficiencies to provide superior experience to our customers and consumers.

Foster an environment of enthusiasm, action, and accountability within the DC and 3PL teams to promote high levels of productivity and employee engagement while maintaining a safety and respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create strategies by partnering with the sales channels with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and achieving efficiencies across the supply chain.
• Drive DC strategy implementation and key initiatives to fulfill all customer requirements and orders on time and in full.
• Plan the resources needed with the input of Customer Service and Order Fulfillment to deliver breakthrough results in service and cost.
• Oversee productivity and accuracy of DC operations, including receiving/put away, slotting, internal replenishment, VAS services, picking, packing, returns handling, sample management, as well as inventory and process control to ensure an effective product flow through all areas of the DC.
• Overall responsible for DC budget forecast and control with cost/benefit analysis to achieve KPIs targets, including labor CPU, UPH, and % over NS.
• Plan and build up DC capability for all required service models and set resource capacity (storage and throughput) by improving productivity/cost to meet current and future business requirements.
• Develop and foster the continuous improvement culture across the DC reaching operational excellence.
• Collaborate with key customers with the aim of aligning service expectations and quality of deliveries.
• Identify the infrastructure needs to meet business requirements in the short, medium, and long term.
• Benchmark with the best-in-class in the industry in service level, productivity, and cost control. Share best practices with DC leaders in LAM.
• Foster a healthy DC culture that focuses on adidas values and promotes diversity and inclusion to drive creativity and growth. Nurture the DC team with customer/consumer-orientation, result-orientation, and required professional skillset.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations by reinforcing daily execution.
