Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inbound phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles dealing with U.S.-based customers.
• Excellent at building rapport quickly over the phone.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Envigado location.

This role is focused on connecting with inbound leads, qualifying prospects through professional conversations, and scheduling appointments for our closing team.

• Smoothly schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team
• Maintain clean, accurate follow-up records in our system
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inbound phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles dealing with U.S.-based customers
• Empathetic, high-energy, and excellent at building rapport quickly over the phone
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Envigado location (onsite parking)
