Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own follow-ups on estimates, unsold leads, and existing customers from Colombia. This remote role supports our Miami-based growth with strong outbound activity and a focus on converting opportunities into booked jobs and revenue.

You’ll work with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, must be based in Colombia, fluent in English, and comfortable with daily Zoom meetings.

Formación

• 2+ years of inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Based in Colombia with a stable internet connection.
• Base salary plus commission structure.
• Comfortable with remote work including Zoom meetings with camera on.

Responsabilidades

• Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities.
• Re-engage past customers to drive repeat business and rebooking.
• Identify customer needs and position solutions confidently.
• Handle objections and close deals professionally.
• Schedule service and sales appointments when appropriate.
• Maintain notes and activity tracking in our CRM.
• Hit daily activity targets and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in daily Zoom meetings to collaborate and handle live situations.

Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing and HVAC company serving homeowners across Miami-Dade and Broward. Our growth depends on strong follow-up, disciplined outbound activity, and sales professionals who know how to convert opportunities into booked jobs and closed revenue.

We are hiring anInside Sales Representative based in Colombiato own follow-ups on open estimates, unsold leads, and existing customers.

This role is for someone who:

• Is comfortable calling customers who didn’t close the first time
• Understands objections and knows how to move conversations toward decisions
• Is motivated byresults, commissions, and accountability

This is asales role with clear performance expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
