Trigyn Technologies Limited is seeking an ICT Project Support to be based at the client site in Colombia. The role involves supporting IT projects across regions, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will provide user support, assist with onboarding, handle hardware/software upgrades, and maintain project logs while ensuring quality standards. Spanish language proficiency is required, and the team collaborates with FTS HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ICT projects and IT operations.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Support IT project implementations and ICT initiatives in regional contexts.
• Assist in addressing resource constraints and keep projects on track.
• Act as liaison between staff and HQ, facilitating communication and information sharing.
• Provide timely ICT support including software/hardware installation and operation.
• Assist with onboarding new users and configuring ICT resources.
• Manage hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• Support setting up conference rooms and video conferences to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide operational data for tactical dashboards.
