The ideal candidate offers advanced English (B2+), strong communication, and 1+ year IT support experience, with familiarity across Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and ServiceNow. Full-time role in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced English level, verbal and written (B2 or higher).
• Full-time availability.
• Onsite work in Bogote1 (Torre Krystal).
• 1+ year in Technical Support or IT Support roles.
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to customers, drivers, administrators and internal stakeholders.
• Diagnose problems, resolve issues per defined procedures and document interactions.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while maintaining high-quality customer experience.
