RSA is hiring a Sales Engineer to provide exemplary technical pre-sales support to the sales team across territories and named enterprise accounts. You will coordinate technical engagements, deliver demonstrations, and drive technical wins for RSA solutions in cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to work with RSA partners and internal teams to win complex evaluations.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on field sales support, software consulting, or presales.
• Experience with Identity Access Management, Governance & Lifecycle or IGA is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; local language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in sales calls and on-site or virtual visits to explain RSA value proposition.
• Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and manage technical evaluation processes.
• Own the technical relationship with customers and ensure win in evaluations.
• Lead requirements gathering and coordinate solution evaluations (PoCs).
• Provide first-level technical support during evaluations and quoting.
• Prepare functional requirements and SOW support for quotations.
• Maintain relationships with RSA partners and deliver enablement sessions.
