Coupa seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead change management for customer deployments across Procure-to-Pay and related modules. You will guide best practices, train client teams, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with services teams and partners.

The role requires 7+ years in systems consulting, strong communication, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel up to 50% may be required, with hybrid work supporting onsite and remote engagements across global clients.

Formación

• Extensive change management experience with proven outcomes.
• 7+ years in systems applications consulting.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay and SaaS/ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Change Management Efforts: Drive change management strategies across all deployment phases to ensure customer success and on-time delivery.
• Engage Stakeholders & Guide Best Practices: Facilitate readiness discussions and leverage best practices for organizational transformation.
• Deliver Product Expertise & Training: Provide deep knowledge of change management practices, Coupa platform, and tailor tools for each customer.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with customers, Coupa services teams, and partners to align goals and ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to Project Success: Follow Coupa’s implementation methodology, share expertise, and support customers onsite and remotely.
