Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will guide the design and implementation of supplier risk management and Coupa’s Supplier Management Suite, working with customers and external partners to deliver best-practice solutions.

You will advise on design and lead workshops, collaborating with Product Management to shape strategy while traveling up to 50% to support customers globally.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Procurement, Supplier Management, or 3rd Party Risk, either in-house or with a consulting/software provider.
• Strong client management and ability to drive implementation go-lives.
• Experience with Coupa Risk Assess or similar solutions.
• Senior consulting experience with Aravo, Archer, Process Unity, OneSource or other 3rd party risk tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation design with customers and supporting external implementation partners as a SME.
• Advise customers on Coupa best practices to ensure the best functional design.
• Lead and support customer design workshops through the implementation journey.
• Support design reviews and collaborate with Product Management on strategic product direction.
• Serve as SME for Coupa’s Supplier Management Suite (Supplier Information Management, Risk Assess, etc.).
• Manage customer engagements with travel up to 50%.
