Visa is looking for an Implementation Analyst – Configurations to support our merchant and partner base. You will handle Dynamics support cases, configure onboarding forms for go-lives, and assist with product enablement across regions.

In this hybrid role you will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain expert knowledge of Cybersource integrations, and deliver high-quality service while following department standards. Office days will be arranged with your Hiring Manager.

Formación

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or advanced degree.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to articulate complex topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Punctual, regular attendance and service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer-facing support to merchants and partners via Dynamics cases.
• Create, edit, and manage cases in CRM.
• Perform configuration updates for the North America region and go-lives.
• Create VAP portfolios for all regions.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain professional interactions.
• Adhere to procedures and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Cybersource products and services.
