GenesisFX Markets is seeking a detail-oriented Business Assistant to support day-to-day operations in Medellín. The role combines onsite collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility, and focuses on administrative tasks, calendar management, and preparing reports for leadership.

You will handle client communications, assist with customer inquiries, and help drive process improvements by analyzing operational data and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced trading

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Solid business understanding of trading, financial markets, or fintech operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service to manage client interactions.
• Proven administrative experience including calendar management and documentation.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations).
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
