Job summary

Zoe Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Trading Operations Analyst to join our Bogotá team. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy and efficiency of trading operations across equities, ETFs, and fixed income, while supporting compliance and governance.

You will report to the VP of Investment Solutions and work five days at the WeWork Carrera 19 office in Bogot. You will monitor trades, fix discrepancies, and help build tools to improve trading efficiency and reporting accuracy in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in trading operations or a similar role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and financial instruments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trading platforms and reconciliation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of experience in working in an in-house start-up environment, tech start-up experience preferred.

• Monitor and reconcile daily trading activities across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues promptly.
