Marsh McLennan in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an Operations Support Specialist for the Affinity team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on administrative and back-office support for insurance policy servicing, certificates, payments, and account maintenance.

You will process changes, track certificates and renewals, manage payment follow-ups, and support various policy transactions while maintaining precise records across multiple queues.

Formación

• Experience in high-volume administrative, operations, or back-office support (insurance or financial services preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and consistent documentation/tracking discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet quality and turnaround expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Process account changes, including address, authorized officer, and name updates.
• Handle certificate tracking tasks, including new and renewal certificates.
• Manage missed payment follow-up activities, including first, second, and third notices.
• Support policy transactions such as cancellations, audits, vehicle changes, deductible changes, and scheduled auto tasks.
• Complete renewal-related processing for lines such as workers’ compensation, EPLI, and NTL.
• Record work completed, time spent, and quantity processed in tracker systems.
• Maintain accurate notes and account details for internal tracking and reporting.
• Work efficiently across multiple operational queues while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
