Job summary

Marsh in Bogotá is seeking an entry-level Invoicing Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team. The role offers hands-on experience supporting client-facing brokers, processing invoices, renewals, and policy documentation, with guidance from senior colleagues.

Based in Bogotá with a hybrid schedule (in-office at least three days per week), you will build records, handle inquiries, and contribute to accurate, timely delivery of insurance solutions while developing essential insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Limited previous experience is required; this opportunity is suitable for candidates beginning their professional career.
• Interest in developing a career in insurance operations, policy administration, invoicing, or related services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to learn insurance concepts, operational procedures, and company systems.
• Intermediate english level - (B1 or above)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate production and processing of draft policy wordings and endorsements.
• Prepare draft renewal reports, insurance manuals, questionnaires, and other documentation required to assess coverage needs.
• Process invoices and related policy documentation, quotation and placing slips, premium and adjustment calculations, and claims histories.
• Prepare information and documentation for pre-renewal and broking meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company systems.
• Follow up on current and outstanding documentation and ensure all required information is properly recorded.
• Process complex and confidential documentation with discretion and attention to detail.
• Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet service-level agreements, KPIs, productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and quality targets.
• Adhere to the company's quality practices, policies, procedures, systems, and data security requirements.
• Maintain awareness of customers' businesses, insurance needs, and transaction requirements.
• Escalate operational issues, risks, or documentation concerns to appropriate stakeholders when required.
• Complete all training and onboarding activities, including two weeks of in-person training.
