Job summary

Marsh is seeking a detail-oriented Certificate Processing Assistant in Bogota. The role starts in the office and evolves to a hybrid schedule after the initial period, with a focus on processing certificates of insurance, verifying accuracy, and updating records.

You will collaborate with teams and clients, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining data security. A degree and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service supporting clients in a fast-paced office environment and handling documents.
• Proficiency with policy administration systems, CRM, MS Office and COI/e-delivery tools.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill ad-hoc certificate requests promptly and accurately.
• Verify certificates meet company and regulatory requirements (coverage, dates, insured parties).
• Update and maintain records in Certificates database and related systems.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients or brokers to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely processing to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline certificate processing workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive insurance information.
• Process standard client renewal certificates of insurance timely and accurately.
• Handle end-to-end certificate processing including updates of master templates and distribution.
