Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Manager HRBP - Culture and Employee Engagement to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace. You will partner with managers and global HR teams to drive engagement and implement diversity initiatives.

You will analyze HR activities, organize induction sessions, and design engagement programs that build a sense of belonging across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on engagement, talent, and relations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate HR preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS and familiar with employee engagement tools and strategies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to build partnerships with leaders and colleagues to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Advise business managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to share insights and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze HR activities to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
• Implement engagement and diversity plans to increase engagement and productivity.
• Organize induction sessions and coordinate with Learning & Development.
• Design and execute employee activities to foster belonging and community.
