Instaleap LLC is seeking an experienced HRBP to serve as the strategic HR partner for key business units and lead cross-functional projects with company-wide impact.

You will advise leaders on organizational design, change management, and team development, while diagnosing business needs and delivering HR solutions with strong analytics support.

Formación

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role with exposure to senior leaders.
• Proven experience in performance management, organizational development, and change management.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
• Analytical skills with the ability to work with HR metrics and data.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate, and manage executives.

Your mission

You will be the strategic HR partner for key business units, aligning the people agenda with organizational goals. At the same time, you will lead cross-functional special projects with company-wide impact, acting as a true agent of change.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, actively participating in leadership meetings.
• Advise leaders on organizational design decisions, change management, and team development.
• Diagnose business needs and translate them into concrete HR solutions.
• Manage performance review cycles: goal setting, calibrations, and improvement plans.
• Develop people analytics metrics and insights to support executive decision-making.
• Analyze engagement survey results and co-create action plans with leaders.
• Lead HR initiatives with organization-wide impact, working cross-functionally across different areas.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources in roles of increasing responsibility.
• At least 2 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role with direct exposure to senior leaders.
• Proven experience in performance management, organizational development, and change management.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) — required.
• Analytical skills: comfort working with people data and HR metrics.
• Strong ability to influence, communicate, and manage stakeholders at the executive level.
• Autonomy, results orientation, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
