Omnicom is seeking an HR Operations Lead in Bogotá to oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR teams, ensuring operational excellence and SLA adherence across LATAM, Spain, and Portugal. You will drive process improvements in HR operations, compensation, and reporting, while partnering with regional stakeholders to optimize data management and the employee experience.

Experience leading HR operations / Shared Services teams.
Proven ability to manage KPIs and SLAs.
Strong English and Portuguese communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead, develop, and coordinate Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR teams.
Manage operational KPIs, SLAs, and SSC performance metrics.
Oversee Workday transactions and data integrity in HR operations.
Provide training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Specialists on HR procedures.
Collaborate with internal clients and regional HR stakeholders to drive process improvements.
