Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited seeks a LATAM Human Resources Business Partner to support operations in Bogotá, Chile, and Mexico. The role focuses on HR generalist duties, payroll coordination, and talent development within a growing LATAM office.

You will partner with the Bogotá Office Head and U.S.-based HR to drive hiring, onboarding, and employee experience, while ensuring compliance with local employment practices and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the LATAM HR partner for Bogotá, Chile, and Mexico with day-to-day HR support.
• Deliver mentorship across the employee lifecycle and address complex matters.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, HR systems, and HR data management.
• Collaborate with local and U.S.-based HR teams on hiring strategies, onboarding, and role transitions.
• Lead LATAM talent planning and coordinate year-end compensation and promotions.
• Advise managers on workplace relations, performance, and HR policies.
