Qualifikationen

• Extensive understanding of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and local employment regulations.
• Excellent judgment and discretion in managing confidential employee information, sensitive workplace matters, and timely addressing of critical issues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently, maintain solid attention to detail, and follow through in a fast-paced growing office environment.
• Experience building relationships across levels, functions, regions, vendors and candidates.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the HR partner for the LATAM region: provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in Bogotá and manage EOR relationships in Chile and Mexico.
• Deliver practical mentorship across all stages of the employee lifecycle and address complex matters as needed.
• Collaborate with the Bogotá Office Head and U.S.-based HR team on hiring strategies, onboarding requirements, role transitions and scalable HR practices.
• Lead the annual LATAM talent planning process and coordinate year-end compensation and promotions.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives across LATAM; ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Help develop the Bogotá office’s employer brand and talent attraction plan to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate LATAM payroll, benefits, HR systems, Workday support, reporting, and employee communications with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Advise on workplace relations and policy interpretation, supported by the U.S.-based and global HR teams.
