Job summary

Transsion in Bogotá is seeking an organized HR Generalist Junior to support recruitment, payroll, employee activities, and labor relations. The role requires eager collaboration with teams and a proactive approach to learning Colombian labor laws.

You will assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR data maintenance while helping promote engagement and effective internal communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources or administrative roles.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
• Experience supporting payroll and recruitment processes.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Intermediate English level is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems or Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes for different positions.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and employee documentation.
• Assist with payroll processes and employee records.
• Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide support in employee relations and basic conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist with performance follow-up and HR administrative tasks.
• Help maintain HR databases and employee information updated.
• Support HR projects and day-to-day operations.
