Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complies with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
• Administers HR transactions using global SWI documentation and SAP considerations.
• Manages master data updates and payroll data with timely accuracy and approvals.
• Performs data quality checks and audit-ready documentation for HR master data.
• Supports audits, ad-hoc reports, and knowledge sharing sessions for HR Hub and location teams.
