Job summary

Roca Alliances is a specialized tech recruitment firm in Colombia seeking an HR Generalist to deliver end-to-end HR support for an assigned client account. You will handle employee administration, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance, reporting to the HR Manager.

You will manage HR processes, keep records up to date, and ensure compliance with Colombian labor law while supporting a positive employee experience and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, law or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Experience in employee administration, payroll processes and Colombian labor law.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting internal and/or external clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• HR administration: keep records, prepare certifications, maintain HR systems and respond to requests.
• Onboarding and offboarding: coordinate documents, orientation, logistics and terminations.
• Payroll, benefits and leave: consolidate payroll inputs, resolve questions, manage leaves and benefits.
• Client support and labor compliance: be the main HR point of contact for the client account and advise on Colombian labor law.
• Occupational health and safety (SG-SST): support implementation, training, and audits.
• Reporting and continuous improvement: track HR metrics and prepare client reports.
