Schlumberger Limited in Colombia is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to manage HR transactions using established procedures and country regulations. You will ensure data quality in HR systems and collaborate with Payroll to maintain accurate employee records.

You will generate ad-hoc reports, support audits, and drive process improvements to deliver reliable HR services across the region. Fluent English and Spanish are required to perform this role effectively.

Formación

• Handle HR transactions in line with SOPs and legal requirements.
• Maintain data quality and integrity in HR systems of record.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support HR audits.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll data.

• Execute HR transactions per ticket/workflow with SLA in mind.
• Maintain master data accuracy and update records as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives across HR operations.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews of HR data.
