Job summary

SLB is seeking an HR Operations Analyst (HROA) to manage HR transactions and ensure data integrity in HR systems, following SLB procedures and country laws. The role acts as a gatekeeper for master data updates and supports payroll data accuracy across in-scope geographies.

The position requires strong Excel skills, advanced English and fluent Spanish, and a focus on data quality, process improvement, and audit readiness. On-site role in Colombia with global HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Econ or BBA.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and legislation.
• Administers HR transactions using global SWI and procedures.
• Coordinates with Payroll Analysts to ensure data impacting Payroll is accurate.
• Performs master data updates and salary/time adjustments with approvals.
• Ensures SAP actions comply with internal procedures before processing.
• Maintains and closes employee queries in HR master data and audits records.
