Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
• Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) and verify patients' insurance eligibility and coverage
• Assist with prescription refill coordination while following clinic protocols
• Communicate professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and clinic staff
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clinics, medical practices, or hospitals is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology; medical billing experience is a plus
