Sagan World LLC is seeking a results-driven Growth/CRO engineer to own the website as a source of qualified sales meetings. You will improve the journey from landing page to booking, and ship code, pages and experiments.

You will also grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery, and own site speed, mobile experience and tracking while collaborating with Revenue Operations to ensure release quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of a large B2B website with important conversion flows.
• Proven CRO and organic-growth results.
• Live examples of work shipped with baselines, results and your contribution.
• Ability to use AI-assisted coding and verify the finished work.

Responsibilities

• Improve conversion, qualified meetings and resulting pipeline from website traffic.
• Establish trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
• Run CRO experiments across messaging, offers, pages, forms and booking flows.
• Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery.
• Own site speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking and release quality.
