WinIt, headquartered in Medellin, Colombia, seeks a Head of Training and Recruiting to design and deploy robust training programs for outbound sales and other teams, and to lead end-to-end recruiting efforts. The role is based in Medellin, in-office, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will drive talent development, implement scalable onboarding, and partner with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals. Bilingual English/Spanish required; French is a plus.

Formación

• Experience designing training programs for outbound sales and BPO environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and training evaluation methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with LMS and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Deliver training sessions in-person and virtually.
• Monitor program effectiveness with metrics and feedback.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs.
