There is talent is seeking a proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Colombia. This remote role involves managing candidates through various recruitment stages and conducting initial screening calls. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Must be proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage candidates and recruitment pipelines using Breezy HR.
• Review and evaluate resumes according to assigned job openings.
• Conduct the initial screening call with candidates.
• Track case deadlines and ensure timely progress throughout the hiring process.
