MonetizeMore is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a global, fully remote engineering org. You will shape engineering culture, drive architectural strategy, and ensure scalable, secure platforms while modernizing the development lifecycle with AI integration.

You will mentor engineering managers, align pods with product outcomes, and implement metrics like DORA to improve delivery velocity and reliability across high-volume ad tech infrastructure.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years leading engineering managers.
• Experience managing remote, diverse SaaS/Ad Tech teams.
• Strong cloud architecture and distributed systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and organizational leadership across a global, remote engineering organization.
• Scale, modernize, and optimize the development lifecycle with AI integration.
• Define engineering culture, metrics (DORA/SPACE), and operating model to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with Product to ensure cross-functional ownership and outcome-focused teams.
